Plant Preorders – Nursery Policy

Nature’s Way Resources offers plant preorders for customers looking to request specific nursery plants that may not currently be available. Plant preorders allow us to attempt to source requested plants on upcoming shipments, with clear timelines and expectations.

How Plant Preordering Works
Plant preorders are requests for specific plants.
Customers call the front office and tell us which plants they are looking for.
Prepayment is required for all plant preorders.
Our team will attempt to source requested plants on upcoming nursery shipments.

Preorders are not guaranteed and depend on grower availability.

Availability & Special Requests
Requested plants may arrive on different shipments or may not arrive at all.
Quantities, sizes, and exact varieties cannot be guaranteed.
Inventory lists are not available for plant preorder requests.
Substitutions will not be made without customer approval.

Pickup & Hold Policy
If requested plants arrive, customers will be contacted when they are ready for pickup.
Preordered plants are held for up to two (2) weeks from the arrival date.

Plants not picked up within two weeks may be returned to inventory.

Important Information
Plant availability depends on seasonality, grower supply, and shipping conditions.

All plants are final sale once picked up and cannot be returned.

Plant preorders are best suited for customers with flexible timelines.
